What is a podcast summarizer?

A podcast summarizer is a free AI tool that turns a full podcast episode into a short, readable summary: the main idea, the key topics, and the conclusion. You upload the episode as an audio file or paste a YouTube link, and the AI listens, transcribes, and condenses a one or two hour conversation into a few minutes of reading.

CreatorNote's podcast summarizer is built for one job: understanding what an episode actually said without playing the whole thing. It is not a meeting note-taker and not a plain transcript dumper. It reads the discussion the way a careful listener would and gives you the takeaways.

Adding an episode takes two steps. Upload an MP3, WAV, or M4A file, or paste the YouTube link of a video or audio podcast. The AI uses Whisper to convert speech to text, then writes a structured summary you can read, export, or chat with.

The tool is free to start with no credit card. The Free plan covers 1 episode per day, up to 30 minutes long. Longer episodes are handled on paid plans: Plus up to 2 hours, Pro up to 4 hours, and Premium up to 8 hours.

One thing to know up front: Spotify and Apple Podcasts share links do not work directly. Download the episode as an MP3 and upload it, or use the YouTube link when the same episode is published there.

Main Idea: For early-stage startups the most critical decision is market choice, not team structure.

Key Topics:
• Market size must be measured (TAM/SAM/SOM), not wished
• First 10 customers should be acquired by founders themselves
• Hiring should follow market validation, not precede it

Conclusion: It's too early to discuss growth strategy without product-market fit.
