Refund Policy

In short

Within 24 hours of your first purchase, you may request a refund for unused premium features. Monthly auto-renewals and requests beyond 24 hours are non-refundable. If you have already used the service (generated summaries, downloaded transcripts, etc.), no refund applies.

1. Right of Withdrawal (Turkey)

Under Turkish Distance Sales Regulation Article 15/1-ğ, the 14-day right of withdrawal for digital subscription services is waived upon your express consent at checkout to receive the service immediately. You provide this consent by checking the corresponding box during checkout.

2. When You Are Eligible for a Refund

  • First purchase: Within 24 hours of your first Plus, Pro, or Premium purchase, if you have not yet used premium features.
  • Service outage: If a prolonged technical outage on our side prevented you from using the service for a substantial portion of your plan period, a pro-rated refund applies.
  • Billing error: Incorrect charges or unauthorized payments are refunded in full.

3. When a Refund Does Not Apply

  • Monthly auto-renewals: Subsequent monthly renewals after the first purchase are non-refundable. It is your responsibility to cancel before the next renewal date.
  • Partial annual plan refunds: If you cancel mid-cycle on an annual plan, no partial refund is issued; the service remains active until the end of the current period.
  • After service use: Even within 24 hours, if you have meaningfully used the plan's features (summaries, transcripts, AI chat, translation, etc.), refund eligibility ends.
  • Terms violation: If your account is suspended or closed for breaching the Terms of Service, no refund applies.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email [email protected] within 24 hours of your purchase. Include:

  • The email address on your account
  • Order number or purchase date
  • A brief reason for the refund

5. Refund Processing

We review valid refund requests and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed via our payment provider and credited back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Actual posting may take longer depending on your bank.

6. Cancelling Your Subscription (Not a Refund)

If you don't want a refund but want to stop the next renewal, cancel anytime: In-app Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription. After cancellation, premium features remain available until the end of the current billing period.
