Because paid subscriptions start immediately after payment, you explicitly waive the 14-day right of withdrawal at checkout (as allowed for instantly delivered digital services). For this reason, periods you have started using are non-refundable. If there is an accidental or duplicate charge, contact us and we will sort it out.
Yes. Your uploaded content is used only for your own processing and is never used to train AI models. Your outputs are kept while your account is active so you can reopen them from the History screen; you can delete them anytime, and identifying data is anonymized automatically when you close your account. Your password is stored securely and your card details are not kept by us (Stripe handles payments).
Privacy Policy →If there are no captions, the audio can still be transcribed with AI speech-to-text. This automatic transcription (ASR) is available on paid plans.
