A tool that uses AI to summarize, transcribe and translate YouTube videos, PDFs, web pages, audio files and long text. Get the key points of an hour-long video in minutes, without watching it.
Frequently Asked Questions
The most common questions. Clear answers in under a minute.
Getting started
Paste a YouTube link or upload a PDF and hit summarize. An account is all you need; no credit card required.
Yes. The free plan covers videos up to 30 minutes each, and per day: 1 PDF, 2 web pages, 3 texts, 1 audio file and 5 chats, plus 10,000 characters of translation per month. When you hit a limit, it resets and you continue.
After you sign up we send a verification link to your email; click it to activate your account. If it does not arrive, check your spam folder or use the resend link.
YouTube tools
Paste the video link and hit summarize. You get three summaries (short, medium, long); long videos are processed in parts so the whole video is covered.
We pull the video's own captions with real timestamps. You can edit and export them if you like.
Yes. Ask questions about the content; for long videos the most relevant parts are found and used to answer.
The normal path does not work without captions; you need High Accuracy Mode, which transcribes from the audio.
Yes, we translate the transcript or subtitles into the language you choose.
PDFs and documents
Upload the PDF and hit summarize. Long documents are fully covered, and the summary can point to the page a detail came from.
Yes, we can extract and summarize text from both PDF and Word (.docx) documents.
Text-based PDFs work smoothly. For scanned (image-only) PDFs we try to extract the text with optical character recognition (OCR); quality depends on how clear the document is.
Yes, you can ask questions about the document's content.
Web, text and audio
Yes, paste the page address. We can process most pages, including modern sites that load with JavaScript. Pages behind a login or otherwise restricted will not work.
Yes, paste the text. Very long text is processed in parts so all of it is covered.
Yes, upload the file and we transcribe it. If you like, speaker detection separates who said what (Speaker 1, Speaker 2, and so on).
The system separates speakers by their voice but cannot know their real names; you can add the names yourself afterward.
Translation
We translate into more than 75 languages.
Yes. Timecodes are preserved and only the text is translated; you can download the result as a subtitle file.
Account and usage
Yes, every summary and transcript you create is saved to your history; you can keep things organized with collections.
Each plan has a daily and monthly usage quota. You can see how much you have used from your dashboard; when you reach a limit it resets and you continue.
Use the forgot-password link on the sign-in page to reset it. Change your email from Settings; for security, a notice goes to both the old and the new address.
You can copy the output or download it as .txt, Word (.docx), Markdown (.md) or PDF; subtitles can be exported as .srt / .vtt.
Troubleshooting
It means the owner did not add captions. For videos without captions, try High Accuracy Mode, which transcribes from the audio.
The page may be behind a login, restricted, or have very little content. Try a different page; if it keeps happening, write to us.
There is an upper limit for very long content. Summaries and chat process long content in parts, but extremely large files may need to be split.
AI can sometimes get it wrong. Try the regenerate option, ask the question more clearly, or check the original transcript.
Wait a few minutes and check your spam folder. If it is still missing, use the resend link or try a different email.
Privacy and security
The content you process is handled only as you request and kept tied to your account. Details are on our Privacy Policy page. No system can claim to be 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.
Your outputs are kept so we can show them in your history; you can delete them from your account whenever you want.
Paid plans
We are free for now. When we open paid plans we will update this page.
