What is a meeting summarizer?

A meeting summarizer is a free AI tool that turns a Zoom, Teams, or Google Meet recording into a short summary, a clear list of action items, and a per-speaker breakdown. You upload the recording, and instead of rewatching a 45-minute call, you read the decisions and next steps in under a minute.

CreatorNote does three things to every meeting recording: it transcribes the audio with Whisper speech recognition, it writes a main idea plus a short, medium, or long summary, and it pulls out the action items so nothing said in the call gets lost.

It is free to start with no credit card. The Free plan handles 1 recording per day, up to 30 minutes long. Plus, Pro, and Premium raise the per-recording limit (Plus 2h, Pro 4h, Premium up to 8h) and unlock speaker-by-speaker breakdowns.

Speaker diarization, telling who said what, is included on the paid plans (Plus 60 min/month, Pro 200 min/month, Premium 500 min/month). On the Free plan you still get the summary and action items, just without the per-speaker split.

Want podcast or general audio instead of a meeting? Use the podcast summarizer or audio-to-text tool. This page is built specifically for meeting recordings, decisions, and action items.
